Dan first noticed his gift for understanding and predicting dog behavior at the age of twelve while working with his family’s hunting dogs. Throughout his youth, Dan became proficient in training both working dogs and family pets for friends and family members. He has excellent insight and an intuitive nature regarding man’s best friend, which has contributed to his success in the dog training field.

Welcome to Dog Days of Buffalo, Buffalo’s premier cage-free dog daycare, training, and professional grooming facility for dogs. We are conveniently located just off Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo, NY. Our facility is the largest dog day care in the city of Buffalo, featuring over 9,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor play areas for your companion to exercise, socialize, or nap in. Our entire facility is thoroughly cleaned and inspected every day, and all dogs must meet strict health standards in order to join in on the fun. We have dedicated rooms for large and small/shy dogs that are fully climate-controlled (heated and air conditioned) and ventilated for their comfort, safety, and all-day fun!

We have over 16,000 sq ft, with multiple training spaces and a unique retail shop. Our trainers utilize the most current, positive training methods. When it comes to training, we’re the real deal. Build a foundation in our Manners classes, then choose from exciting programs like Agility, Rally, Nose Work, Therapy Prep and more.
