Sam loves people. Like, a lot. Spend ten minutes with the guy and tell us he doesn’t grow on you. Unassuming, encouraging, and fun, Sam also happens to love hair, and the machinations thereof. We think those two ingredients make him one of the best hairstylists in Cincinnati. Turns out we’re not alone: Cincinnati magazine’s “best stylist”? Yup. Sam Hills. Sam was formally trained at Michaels College of Hair Design, and later completed his apprenticeship at Tanya’s Image and Wellness Salon.
