Leveraging both the science and art of fitness, we embrace a simple, but unique method of training. Our four-week pendulums are integrated into personal and group sessions as well as our monthly class programming. Pendulum training provides an effective combination of training techniques that achieve tangible results, measured through personal benchmarks and full body assessments every eight weeks.

Our training curriculum and programming combine functional training and body weight movements along with Olympic lifts and other techniques that increase core strength and conditioning. We offer kettlebells, suspension training, boxing, and metabolic conditioning to accelerate the burn and improve power and explosiveness.
