ISR – Infant Survival Rescue Swimming Instruction (Plano)

With just 10 minutes of swimming per day, for six weeks, watch as your child grows into a skilled and confident ISR Self-Rescue™ expert. Our first three steps teach children to rescue themselves by floating or swimming to safety until help arrives – and refreshing their skills as they grow.

Once a child is ready to advance their skills, our stroke lessons help strengthen swimming technique, breathing control, and endurance – while still emphasizing safety.

Secure your child’s spot in swim lessons using our convenient scheduling calendar. We advise booking several months in advance as lessons tend to fill up fast. Your deposit is due upfront to reserve their lessons. Once lessons are scheduled, you’ll receive a personalized registration link via email to complete ISR’s registration a month before lessons start. *Lessons are offered at different locations.
