Superior Pilates offers authentic classical Romana Kryzanowska method, led by certified instructors. Established in May 2007 by Kristen Wolf in Chicago’s River North, we serve the North Shore community with quality instruction for all fitness levels. Kristen specializes in sports injuries, creating tailored Pilates programs for elite athletes, including the Chicago Bears, to enhance strength, flexibility, and injury prevention. Our personalized approach supports your health journey, with classes suitable for every skill level in an encouraging atmosphere that fosters growth and challenges.
